Katherine "Kathy" Hamburger

Hastings resident Katherine Ann “Kathy” Hamburger, 71, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at Perkins Pavilion Good Samaritan Society-Hastings Village, Hastings, NE.

At her request, no service will be held. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.

Kathy was born December 12, 1948, to Homer and Vivian (House) Arnold in Deshler, NE. Kathy graduated from Hastings High School in 1966. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Kathy worked as an accountant until retiring from AGP in 2013. She enjoyed crafting, playing cards, and any outdoor activity. She will be missed by her Jack Russel, Buddy.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Don Arnold of Denver, CO.
