Kathryn Immel

Hastings resident, Kathryn Joyce Immel, 84, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Private family burial will be held at a later date in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Memorials may be given to the Kathryn J. Immel Memorial Fund. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Kathryn was born March 5, 1933, in Hastings, Nebraska to Eugene & Rose (Alber) McCauley. She married Duane Immel on December 10, 1954; he preceded her in death on January 2, 1999. She worked at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hesteds, Brach Thompson, and the Hastings Regional Center. She retired in 1999.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents; step-father; husband, Duane Immel; son, Brian Immel; sister; and brother.
