Kenneth Drew

Hastings resident, Kenneth W. Drew, 84, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015 at Harvard Rest Haven, Harvard, Nebraska.

Services will be Monday, August 31, 2015; 10:30 A.M. at Trumbull United Methodist Church, Trumbull with Pastor Travis King officiating. Burial will be in Inland Cemetery, Inland. Memorials may be given to Trumbull Community Center or Trumbull United Methodist Church. Visitation will be Sunday, August 30, 2015; 1:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home, and one hour prior to service at the church.

Kenneth was born December 4, 1930 in Oxford, Nebraska to Louis Henry & Dora Pauline (Hinze) Drew. He graduated from Mascot High School near Oxford, Nebraska. Kenneth married Marilyn Peterson on May 24, 1953 at Riverdale Methodist Church in Riverdale, Nebraska. He was a lifetime Nebraska farmer and a member of Trumbull United Methodist Church, Eagles Club, and Habitat for Humanity. Kenneth was a 4-H leader and did mission work in Mexico.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Otis Mundell; infant son; brother, Neil; and nephew, Randy Drew.
