Korrine K. Tanner

Hastings resident Korrine K. Tanner, 65, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, NE.    

Memorial Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, at Harvard United Church of Christ in Harvard with Pastor Dave Johnson officiating. There will be no burial at this time. A book signing will be 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. with the family present 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 10, at the funeral home, and one hour before the service at the church. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. The service will be live-streamed on Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home’s website. Korrine was born February 7, 1959, in Hastings, NE to William and Florence (Edwards) Alexander. She graduated from Harvard High School in 1977. Korrine married Robert Tanner on October 1, 1994. She was a caregiver for many years. Korrine was a member of Harvard United Church of Christ and was a licensed wildlife rescuer. She enjoyed wildlife rescue, cats, gambling at the slots, traveling, dancing shows on TV, and attending the grandchildren's activities. Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren. 

Korrine was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Jolene Rodenbaugh; infant brother, Keith Alexander; and niece, Michele Godding.
