Larry R. Janssen

Former area resident Larry R. Janssen, 72, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024, at The Oaks in Central City, NE. 

Private graveside services will be at St. Paul’s Lutheran Churchyard Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date and can be sent to the family at 1018 West 11th Street, Hastings, NE 68901. 

Larry was born December 23, 1951, in Hastings, NE to Raymond and Martha (Frerichs) Janssen. He graduated from Adams Central High School and Central Community College. Larry worked at several body shops in Hastings and Minden. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his dogs. 

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Raymond.
