Leon Hartman

Hastings resident, Leon L. Hartman, 69, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Perkins Pavilion Good Samaritan Society-Hastings Village, Hastings, Nebraska.

Memorial Service will be Thursday, November 20, 2014; 10:00 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Dale Phillips officiating. Burial with military rites by Hastings Veterans Organizations will be in Parkview Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Leon was born October 7, 1945 in Hastings, Nebraska to Elmer C. & Anna L. (Tietjen) Hartman. He entered the U.S. Air Force after graduating high school and served from January 5, 1965 until December 23, 1968. Leon worked as a television repair man in the area for many years.

Leon was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Wayne Hartman & Glen Hartman.
