Lois Lovell

August 23, 1917 — June 12, 1938

Life long Hastings resident, Lois L. Lovell, 87, of The Homestead, died Sunday, January 2, 2005 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Requiem Eucharist will be Thursday, January 6, 2005; 1:30 P.M. at Saint Mark's Episcopal Pro-Cathedral with The Very Rev. Richard J. Martindale officiating. Interment will be in All Souls Chapel at Saint Mark's Episcopal Pro-Cathedral.

Mrs. Lovell was born August 23, 1917 in Hastings, Nebraska to Fred & Avva (Larkin) Jaden. She graduated from Hastings High School and attended Hastings Business School. On June 12, 1938, she married Charles Marvin Lovell and he preceded her in death on March16, 2001. She owned and managed the Central News Stand. She was a member of Saint Mark's Episcopal Pro-Cathedral, Eastern Star, and a past member of Lochland Country Club. She was an avid bridge player.

Mrs. Lovell was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, C. Marvin.
