Louise Hecht

Hastings resident, Louise Hecht, 95, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, May 24, 2014 at The Homestead, Kearney, Nebraska.

Memorial Services will be Wednesday, June 4, 2014; 10:00 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Steve Warriner officiating. Louise's family requests those attending the memorial service to wear casual attire. Fellowship time will follow the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Plainview, Nebraska. There will be no viewing or visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Christian Broadcast Network.

Louise was born July 31, 1918 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Carl H. & Lenereaux (Gause) Decker. She married Donald G. Hecht; he preceded her in death in 1986. Louise served in the Navy Waves. She was a homemaker and a member of Evangelical Free Church in Hastings. Louise moved to Hastings in 2000 from Grand Island.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald G. Hecht; and brother, Carl Decker.
