Luella Sharp

Lawrence resident, Luella L. Sharp, 66, passed away Monday, August 22, 2016 at her home.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, August 27, 2016; 2:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Chaplain John Mueller officiating. Burial will be in Blue Valley Cemetery, Ayr. Memorials may be given to the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Luella was born July 14, 1950 in Gordon, Nebraska to Russell & Dolores (Lessert) Girton. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1968. Luella married Benny "Ben" Sharp on December 29, 1989 in Red Cloud, Nebraska. She retired from Head Start Webster County Early Learning Center in Blue Hill.

Luella was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law, Cecil Sharp; and sister-in-law, Jewell Stromer.
