Lynne Ann Jackson

Former Hastings resident Lynne Ann Jackson passed away February 7, 2025. She was at home surrounded by her family. 

Born on June 7, 1962, in Hastings to Dwane (Curt) and Julia Moeller. She attended Kenesaw Public School and Central Community College of Hastings. She worked many years at Best Stop before moving to O’Neill and later to Norfolk, NE. 

Lynne was a talented artist, she studied culinary arts and graduated with her degree. She most treasured spending time with her children and grandchildren. 

Lynne was preceded in death by her parents. 

Survivors are her children, Brandon Prescott, Norfolk NE, Jerome (Christine) Jackson Luverne, MN, Amy (AJ) Aboyada-Cole, O’Neill, NE and Nicholas (Elizabeth Guffin) Dickenson, Yukon, OK; grandchildren, Jace Jackson, Kaden Jackson, Peyton Jackson, Grayson Ferris, Ema Farris, Jaelon Jackson, Hayden Jackson, Adrian Aboyada-Cole, and Leyla Dickenson; sister, Michelan (Randy) Parr, Hastings NE; and special friend and companion Clifford Jackson, Norfolk NE.

There will be no public funeral service or visitation. There will be a private family burial at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family or at www.lbvfh.com.
