Marian Hancox

Hastings resident Marian Yvonne Hancox, 83, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, NE.

Services are 1 p.m. Saturday, January 12, at All Saints Chapel – Good Samaritan Village in Hastings with Pastor Kathy Uldrich officiating. Burial will be at Centralia City Cemetery, Centralia, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to a charity of your choice or do a kind deed for someone. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at All Saints Chapel.

She was a resident at The Villa and a former resident of Centralia, MO. Marian was born in Filer, ID on December 13, 1935. She married Robert “Bob” Hancox on June 27, 1965.

The family wishes to thank Judy and Richard for taking Bob and Marian on many trips and lovingly looking out for their well-being.

Marian was preceded in death by her husband, Bob; daughter, Susan; and parents.

Marian is survived by two sisters: Judy Reimer and husband Richard of Hastings, NE, and Linda Moon and husband Dennis of Twin Falls, ID; two brothers, Bill Shank and wife Teresa, and Randy Shank and wife Tracee all of Filer, ID. She also leaves nieces and nephews in several states. Locally she is survived by Curtis/Kathy Reimer and their children Ben, Will, Sam, Julia and Matt/Trish Reimer of Aurora and their children Betsy and Emmy Reimer.
