Marie Katherine Meester, 88, of Perkins Pavilion, died Monday, September 29, 2003 at Perkins Pavilion

Services will be Thursday October 2, 2003; 10:00 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Frank Kerkemeyer officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Marie Katherine Meester, was born February 17, 1915 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Henry & Meta R. (Thiele) Runge. She married Merton Meester on March 7, 1936 in Grand Island, Nebraska and he preceded her in death in 1951. She was a secretary for Vontz Construction. She moved from Glenvil, Nebraska to Hastings in 1969. She was a homemaker and a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hastings, Nebraska.

Marie Katherine Meester was preceded in death by her parents, husband Merton, one son Gary Allen Meester and one brother.

Son & Companion: Marvin Meester & Maggie Stromer - Pauline, NE
