Marie Wolf

Marie Magdalena Wolf, 94, of The Villa, Good Samaritan Village, died Wednesday, July 30, 2003 at Perkins Pavilion, Good Samaritan Village in Hastings, Nebraska.

Services are Saturday, August 2, 2003; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel in Hastings, Nebraska with the Rev. Earl Higgins officiating. Burial will be Monday, August 4, 2003; 10:00 A.M. at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Gregory, South Dakota with Pastor Russ Grim officiating.

Marie Magdalena Wolf was born February 28, 1909 in Gregory County, South Dakota to George and Elizabeth (Spady) Krieger. She moved to Hastings in 1929, and on June 2, 1946, she married John R. Wolf. He preceded her in death on October 9, 1983. She worked as a bookkeeper. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hastings, Nebraska, and involved in United Methodist Women, adult choir and a member of the Asbury Sunday school class. She was also a member of American Legion Auxiliary #11, Rebekah Lodge, the Choralettes, and the Adams County Genealogical Society. She was a past member of the Women's Relief Corps and the Eagles Auxiliary.

Marie Magdalena Wolf was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, five brothers, two sisters, and one grandson, Robert I. Wolf.

Son & Daughter-in-law: Robert J. & Beverly Wolf - Johnson City, TN
