Marilyn Lee Theesen

Hastings resident Marilyn L. Theesen, 79, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska. 

There will be no services at this time. Memorials may be given to Crossroads, and her wish was that you spend extra time with family and friends. 

Marilyn was born on October 28, 1944, to Henry & Ardis (Powers) Theesen in Hastings, Nebraska. She graduated from Hastings High School. Marilyn held a CPCU certification and worked as an insurance broker and partner at Ellerbrock Norris until she retired. Marilyn was a hard worker and continued to work and review contracts even after retirement. 

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Marlys Hatfield and MaryLou Liebich.
