Marjorie Howland, 85, of Perkins Pavilion, died December 18, 2000 at Perkins Pavilion.

Services will be Thursday, December 21, 2000; 2:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Tom Howland officiating. Burial will be in Juniata Cemetery, Juniata, Nebraska.

Marjorie Howland was born June16, 1915 in Hastings, Nebraska to John & LuLu Cunningham. She married Frank Howland on December 25, 1937 and he preceded her in death in 1980. She was a loving mother to her children, worked as a secretary, was a member of the DAR and had a passion for researching the genealogies of the Howland and Cunningham families. Over a 20 year period, she traced her husband's lineage to Pilgrim John Howland. She was a member of the First church of God.

Marjorie Howland was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Frank, and a half brother; Earl Wilson.

Memorial maybe given to First Church of God - Hastings, NE
Butler-Volland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
