She moved to many towns and was twice married before she ended up in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she married Robert L. Crawford. It was in Salt Lake City that they had a baby girl, Robin Carol Crawford. They were married until Robin was 4 years old. Marjorie divorced and moved to Sacramento, California with Robin & started her career with the railroad, D & R G, then Southern Pacific RR where she met her last husband, William R. Hammett and on January 20, 1966 was married. June 10, 1968 she had another baby girl, Bonnee Jo. Marjorie was a hard working mother at the railroad, giving a limited amount of time to raise her girls, doing her best to keep them safe. Ron and Marge were separated when she learned of Ron's death. She kept working raising the two girls. In 2005, Marjorie left Roseville, California to move back to Salt Lake, where she would spend the last of her years. She had a grandson, Christopher in Sacramento where he spent all the time he could with her. She was very close to him and loved him greatly. Robin was living in Salt Lake City with her husband, Mike and their five boys. Marge had a heart attack one morning and after it had been diagnosed, she was sent to a rehabilitation center where she spent 2 more years. Marge passed after an effort to cure the E-Coli turned sepsis. She lived 3 weeks longer and was fortunate to have spent her last days with her girls.
