Norma Franklin

Norma R. Franklin, 74, of Village Terrace, Good Samaritan Village, died Saturday, June 1, 2002 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Wednesday, June 5, 2002; 10:00 A.M. at Second Presbyterian Church, Hastings, Nebraska with Rev. Jay Snell officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Norma R. Franklin was born July 29, 1927, in Hastings, Nebraska to Orlie & Maude (Armstrong) Dykeman. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1947 and married Elvin E. Franklin on June 15, 1956. He preceded her in death on June 8, 1979. She was a nurses aide at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Mary Lanning Auxiliary, Eagles Auxiliary and volunteered at Good Samaritan Village.

Norma R. Franklin was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Elvin, 2 sisters, 1 grandson and a step son.
