Pansy Thiel

Hastings resident, Pansy "Pammie" B. Thiel, 69, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

A Memorial Service will be Sunday, March 2, 2014; 10:45 A.M. at The Salvation Army, Hastings, with Major Abe Tamayo officiating. Burial will be held at a later date. There will be no viewing or visitation. Memorials may be given to the Salvation Army.

Pansy was born July 3, 1944 in Montgomery County, Maryland to George W. & Olive V. (Bolton) Underwood. She married Clifford W. Thiel in 1972; he preceded her in death on March 4, 2008. Pansy was a homemaker. She was a member and a bell ringer of the Salvation Army since 1973, and Salvation Army Home League where she volunteered her time.

Pansy was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Clifford W. Thiel.
