Patricia Griffith

After a long and hard fought battle with multiple health issues, Patricia Griffith, 68, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska surrounded by the many peple who loved her deeply.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, June 17, 2017; 10:00 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Patricia was born June 19, 1948, in Davenport, Nebraska to Vern Allen & Lila Lou (Avers) Gilbert. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1966 and married Tom Griffith on February 20, 1970. Patricia was employed by LTT as a telephone operator for 31 years until her retirement. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.

Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Vern Gilbert; daughter, Vickie Wood; and sister, Claudia Heil.
