Patricia A. Johnson

Hastings resident Patricia A. Johnson, 92, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024, at The Pines Nursing Home, Blue Hill, NE. 

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 8, at Butler Volland Chapel in Hastings with Pastor Dale Phillips officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. Visitation will be at 1-7 p.m. with the family present 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, and one hour before the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. The service will be live-streamed on Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home’s website. Patricia was born on August 23, 1931, in Hastings, NE, she was the daughter of Harry and Orpha (Hamilton) Maul. She married Archie Johnson in Saramic, WY. They made their home in Nebraska and California. To this union, three sons were born. Pat retired after twenty years from retail. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Archie Johnson; son, James Johnson; brother, Albert Maul; sister, Harriet Draughn; son-in-law, Larry Carson; and brother-in-law, George Douglas.
