Patricia A. Shetler, 65, of Goldbeck Towers, Good Samaritan Village, Hastings, Nebraska, died Friday, November 3, 2000 at Park Place Health Care and Rehab, Grand Island, Nebraska.

Rosary will be Tuesday, November 7, 2000; 7:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, November 8, 2000; 10:30 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with Father Larry Gyhra officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Patricia A. Shetler was born August 20, 1935 in Prosser, Nebraska to Elmer R. & Lillian (Cain) Halte. She graduated from Wood River High School, Wood River, Nebraska and from Kearney State College, Kearney, Nebraska with a degree in Social Work. She worked for Tabitha Health Care Services. She moved from Plattsmouth, Nebraska to Hastings, Nebraska in July of 2000. She was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church and American Business Womens Association.

Patricia A. Shetler was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Debra Steiner; 1 brother and 1 sister.

Survivors include, Daughters, Connie Hill - Hastings, NE, Christy Poore - Holstein, NE, Beth Fuss - Plattsmouth, NE; Son, Martin Utecht - Lincoln, NE; Grandchildren, 6; Great Grandsons, 3 ; Sisters, Alice Schofield - Auburn, WA, Rita Gowen - Helena, MT, Kay Halte - Ellensburg, WA, Georgena Carrow - Salem, OR; Brothers, Jim Halte - Puyallup, WA, Phil Halte - Auburn, WA
