Patrick Jacobsen

Hastings resident, Patrick "Jake" L. Jacobsen, 58, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, January 31, 2015; 11:00 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Paul Dunbar officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Jake was born April 19, 1956 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Jerry L. & Judith A. (Mitchell) Jacobsen. He moved to Hastings in 1966 from Holdrege and worked in the fiberglass industry for many years. Jake was a member of Faith Lutheran Church

Jake was preceded in death by his mother, Judith Jacobsen.
