Pauline Bieck

Hastings resident, Pauline M. Bieck, 87, of the Homestead, died Saturday, December 8, 2007 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Wednesday, December 12, 2007; 11:00 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 11, 2007; 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. with family present from 6 P.M.- 8 P.M. In lieu of flower, memorials may be given to First St. Paul's Lutheran Church or donor's choice.

Mrs. Bieck was born September 18, 1920 in Clay Center, Nebraska to John & Adele Von Spreckelsen. She graduated from Clay Center High School and on July 31, 1943, she married Paul F. Bieck at Zion Lutheran Church, Hastings. He preceded her in death on July 20, 2003. She was a homemaker and a very active worshiper and member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, being involved in Adult Senior Fellowship and WELCA. She was also a member of the Stroke of Luck Club.

Mrs. Bieck was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Paul.
