Hastings resident, Philip A. 'Phil' Wilson, 76, of Perkins Pavilion, died Thursday, December 8, 2005 at Perkins Pavilion.
Services will be Monday, December 12, 2005; 11:00 A.M. at First United Methodist Church with Dr. Rev. William E. Deahl, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.
Mr. Wilson was born February 13, 1929 in Abilene, Kansas to Ray D. & Clara (Landis) Wilson. He graduated from Abilene High School in 1947 where he played football, basketball and ran track. He attended Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas for one year. He was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. In 1950, he married Joan Kay Ehrsam in Enterprise, Kansas and they had two daughters, Elizabeth & Sally. They divorced in 1956. He worked for Ehrsam Manufacturing in Enterprise, Kansas. He then worked for Hastings Dynamold (Morrison Enterprise). He later started Wilson Case Company. On August 8, 1959, he married Charlotte Robinson in Hastings, Nebraska and she preceded him in death on May 30, 1996. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Elks and a past member of Lochland Country Club.
Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Charlotte; an infant brother, Hugh and a sister, Gayle Wilson Hanna.

Memorial may be given to Perkins 100 Good Samaritan Village or Donors Choice
VISITATION: Sat. 12-10-05; 5pm-9pm
Sun. 12-11-05; 1pm-9pm with family present 5pm-7pm
Mon. 12-12-05; 1 hr. prior to service at the church.
