Phyllis Krull

Hastings resident, Phyllis J. Krull, 80, of 900 E. 'B' Apt 204, Village Green, died Monday, July 30, 2007 at Perkins Pavilion.

Services will be Friday, August 3, 2007; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Tom Murray officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 1, 2007; 1PM-9PM with family present 6pm-8pm, Thursday, August 2, 2007; 9AM-9PM with family present 5pm-8pm & Friday, August 3, 2007; 1 hr. prior to service, all at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Hastings Fraternal Order of Police.

Mrs. Krull was born December 8, 1926 in Franklin County, near Campbell, Nebraska to Lloyd 'Dick' & Florence (Anderson) Hall. She graduated from Roseland High School and on September 17, 1945, she married Lloyd L. Krull in Mankato, Kansas. She was a checker for Jack & Jill Food Centers for a number of years and later worked for the Adams County Assessor's office until her retirement. She was a homemaker and a member of 2nd Presbyterian Church, V.F.W. Women's Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary. She was a life time area resident.

Mrs. Krull was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Dorothea 'Dottie' Vacek and a brother, Nels Hall.
