Richard Crane

Richard D. Crane, 67, of 512 West F. Street died Friday, April 22, 2005 at his home.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, April 27, 2005; 10:30 A. M. at Evangelical Free Church, Hastings, Nebraska with Pastor Randy Madison and Pastor Matt Sass officiating. Burial will be in Round Valley Cemetery, Custer County, Nebraska at a later date.

Richard D. Crane was born June 8, 1937 in Clifton, Kansas to Inez (Norton) & James Mark Crane. He grew up in Ord, Nebraska and married Cheryl Smets on July 5, 1958. He attended Creighton University. He worked at Quiz Graphic Arts in Ord as a printer from 1958 to 1983. He managed the Sears Catalog Store in Ord from 1983 to 1994. They moved to Hastings in 1994 and he worked at CCC as a printer. He was a member of Evangelical Free Church where he served as a usher.

Richard D. Crane was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Sue Scott, a brother and sister.
