Ricky Lindsey

Kenesaw resident, Ricky Lynn Lindsey, 52, passed away, Monday, August 1, 2016 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Services will be Friday, August 5, 2016; 10:00 A.M. at First St. Paul's Lutheran, Hastings with Pastor Andrea Paulson officiating. Burial will be2:00 P.M . in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Linn, Kansas. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Premier Estates, 100 W. Elm Av, Kenesaw, Nebraska 68956. Visitation will be Friday one hour prior to the service at the church. Cards may be sent to Norma or Traci at Premier Estates, 100 W. Elm Av, Kenesaw, Nebraska 68956.

Ricky was born November 5, 1963 in Washington, Kansas to Ronald E. & Norma J. (Schwerdtfeger) Lindsey. He was baptized November 23, 1963 by the late Rev. Eugene Eckhart in Linn, Kansas; and confirmed in the 70's at King of Kings Lutheran Church, Omaha, Nebraska. Ricky started school at Zion Lutheran Church, Linn, Kansas and attended these schools in Millard, Nebraska, Bryan Elementary, Millard Junior High School and graduated from Millard Senior High School in 1982. He worked as a small engine repairman and was a 23 year member of AA Millard Club, Millard, Nebraska. Ricky liked to collect die cast race cars and was an avid NASCAR and Husker fan.

Ricky was preceded in death by his father; Ronald E. Lindsey and uncles; J D Lindsey and Donald Kramer.
