Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at First Presbyterian Church Chapel with Rev. Dr. William G. Nottage-Tacey officiating. Private burial will be at Parkview Cemetery

Mr. Lindau was born on May 28, 1922 St. Louis, MO. He graduated from Beaumont High School in St. Louis, MO and attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO. During World War II he served 20 months with the 8th Air Force in England and received 6 Bronze Stars. On January 28, 1946 he married Irene Waterman in Hastings, NE. He was a Chartered Life Underwriter and prior to moving to Hastings in 1975 he was an executive in the insurance industry in St. Louis, MO and in Omaha, NE. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and Lochland Country Club.

Mr. Lindau was preceded in death by his parents, sister Virginia Lindau
