Roger Lammers

January 11, 1943 — November 5, 2003

Roger A. Lammers, 60, of 10565 South Antioch Ave., Glenvil, Nebraska died Sunday, November 2, 2003 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Wednesday, November 5, 2003; 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Glenvil, Nebraska with Pastor Bernie Ward-Crixell officiating. Burial with military rites will be in the Glenvil Cemetery, Glenvil, Nebraska.

Roger A. Lammers was born January 11, 1943 in Webster County, Nebraska to Ernest & Anna (Jackson) Lammers. He graduated in 1961 from Red Cloud High School, Red Cloud, Nebraska. On April 21, 1968 he married Delores "Dee" F. Garrelts at Glenvil Immanuel Lutheran Church. He was in the Army Reserves for six years and served in Vietnam in 1968-1969. He was a member of Glenvil Immanuel Lutheran Church, former member of the Glenvil American Legion and Hastings V.F.W. He was a farmer in the Glenvil area.

Roger A. Lammers was preceded in death by his parents.

Steven Lammers - Glenvil, NE
Grandsons: Corey Lammers - Glenvil, NE
Casey Lammers - Glenvil, NE
Brother & Sister-in-law: Bob & Donna Lammers - Red Cloud, NE
One niece & one nephew

Memorial may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Glenvil Fire & Rescue

Mon: 11-3-03 5pm-9pm
Tue: 11-4-03 9am-9pm
Wed: 11-5-03 one hour prior to service at church
