Rosalea Pfeiffer

Trumbull resident, Rosalea C. Pfeiffer, 86, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Perkins Pavilion Good Samaritan Society-Hastings Village, Hastings, Nebraska.

Services will be Monday, October 20, 2014; 10:30 A.M. at Trumbull United Methodist Church, Trumbull, Nebraska with Pastor Kelly Karges and Pastor Travis King officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Trumbull, Nebraska. Visitation will be Sunday, October 19, 2014; 1:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. with family present from 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Funeral Home in Hastings. Visitation will also be one hour prior to service at the church in Trumbull. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Greenwood Cemetery Association.

Rosalea was born November 2, 1927 to Leonard and Dixie May (Thompson) Rogers in Doniphan, Nebraska. She graduated from Hastings High School and was Class Valedictorian. Rosalea married Robert E. Pfeiffer on August 31, 1947. She was very active in her church and was a member of the United Methodist Women. She enjoyed her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Her hobbies were sewing, quilting and gardening.

Rosalea was preceded in death by her parents.
