Ryan Marcotte

Hastings resident, Ryan J. Marcotte, 37, passed away Friday, April 3, 2015.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 11, 2015; 2:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Paul Warneke officiating. Private burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the scholarship fund for Zion Lutheran students c/o Zion Lutheran Church. Book signing will be Wednesday, April 8, 2015 through Friday, April 10, 2015; 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M., and Saturday, April 11, 2015; 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Ryan was born February 24, 1978 in Hastings, Nebraska to John G. & Janey M. (Meyer) Marcotte. Ryan worked as a welder for Burco Welding Shop and enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, and building things.

Ryan was preceded in death by his father, John G. Marcotte and grandparents, Elmer & Dorothy Marcotte.
