Samuel Borrell

Services will be Wednesday, June 27, 2001; 10:30 A.M. at Faith Lutheran Church with Rev. Carl Rehwaldt officiating. Burial will be in Juniata Cemetery, Juniata, Nebraska.
Samuel LeRoy Borrell was born October 15, 1919 in LeRoy, Nebraska to Charles Samuel & Anna May (Koler) Borrell. He married Grethel Janssen in 1939 and they were later divorced. He served in the United States Army from May 20, 1944 to December 27, 1945. On February 11, 1950, he married Bonnie L. Hurd in Twin Falls, Idaho. He worked at Dutton Lainson Manufacturing for 15 years as a welder and a weld inspector, retiring in1982. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and a lifetime member of the V.F.W.
Samuel LeRoy Borrell was preceded in death by his parents, sister Barbara Janssen and 3 grandchildren.
