Sandra Conroy

Former Shelton resident, Sandra Rae Conroy, 71, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Services will be Friday, February 6, 2015; 10:30 A.M. at First United Methodist Church, Hastings with Pastor Greg Lindenberger officiating. Burial will be Friday, February 6, 2015; 1:30 P.M. in Shelton Cemetery, Shelton. Memorials may be given to Shelton United Methodist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church.

Sandra was born March 12, 1943 in Kearney, Nebraska to Harold R. & Helen C. (Oliver) Conroy. She attended District 22 and Shelton High School. She had perfect attendance to the Shelton Alumni Banquet for 48 years until falling and breaking her hip. Sandra worked in the Student Union at Kearney State College for over 20 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the United Methodist Church in Shelton. In 1999 she moved to The Kensington in Hastings.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and numerous aunts and uncles.
