Sharon Struss

Sharon Kay Struss, 71, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Celebration of Life gathering will be Saturday, January 16, 2016; 1:00 P.M. at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Hampton, Nebraska with Rev. James Gruber present. Private family burial will be in Fullerton Cemetery, Fullerton, Nebraska. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Sharon was born August 9, 1944 in Genoa, Nebraska to Arthur E. & Dorothy E. (Land) Dierks. She graduated from Fullerton High School in 1962. Sharon worked at Ingersoll Rand in Hastings as an inventory controller and Holiday Inn Hastings as the night auditor. She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Hampton, Nebraska. Sharon was an avid reader, enjoyed canoeing, dancing and attending family activities.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Wanda Mundil.
