Sherril Albin

Hastings resident, Sherril A. Albin, 72, passed away January 1, 2016 at her home.

Rosary will be Monday, January 4 2016; 6:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel. Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 5, 2016; 10:00 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel with Father Joseph M. Walsh officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Memorials may be given to Cure JM Foundation (www.curejm.org). Visitation will be Monday, January 4, 2016; 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home and one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Sherril was born April 29, 1943 to Ernie & Marie (Nowka) Dreher in Hastings, Nebraska. She graduated from Hastings High School. Sherril married George "Bud" Albin on May 11, 1996. Sherril loved to travel, watch volleyball games, and go to dog shows. She loved her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Connie Sue Dreher.
