Susan Schmidbauer

Susan A. Schmidbauer, 94, of Perkins Pavilion, died Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at Perkins Pavilion.

Rosary service will be Sunday, July 7, 2002; 7:30 P.M. at Butler-Volland Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, July 8, 2002; 10:30 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with Father Larry Gyhra officiating. Burial will be in Roseland Cemetery, Roseland, Nebraska.

Susan A. Schmidbauer was born June 10, 1908 in Adams County, near Juniata, Nebraska to Matt & Anna (Schneider) Weber. She married Joseph 'Joe' Schmidbauer on February 10, 1943 and he preceded her in death on February 16, 1987. They farmed in the Holstein, Nebraska area, retiring in 1965 and moving to Hastings, Nebraska. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and Crosier Apostolate.

Susan A. Schmidbauer was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joseph 'Joe', 4 brothers, Andrew, Francis, Anthony and Ambrose, 2 sisters, Rosella & Genevieve.
