Suzanne E. Gartner

Hastings resident Suzanne E. Gartner, 79, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at her home. 

Memorial Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 1, at Butler Volland Chapel in Hastings with Pastor Willie Tryon officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. There will be no viewing or visitation. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. Suzanne was born August 22, 1944, in Dickinson, ND to Anton Lambert and Audrey (Kronschrabel) Fischer. She graduated from Dickinson High School in 1962 and Central Community College in 1983. Suzanne married Donald Gartner on June 3, 1983. She liked to garden and bowl and loved spending her time cooking and playing Scrabble. 

Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents and son, Todd Smith.
