Tania Murphy

Hastings resident, Tania "Tamie Heil" Murphy, 58, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 at her home.

Services will be Friday, February 26, 2016; 2:00 P.M. at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hastings with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. Visitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2016; 9:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. with family present 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home, and one hour prior to service at the church.

Tamie was born November 23, 1957 in Hastings, Nebraska to Dean & Sandra (Morris) Hinrichs. She graduated from Adams Central High School in 1975. Tamie married Bob Murphy on January 16, 2015. She worked at Murphy's Wagon Wheel for many years and attended First St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Tamie was preceded in death by her father, Dean Hinrichs; mother, Sandra Pelowski; step-father, Bill Pelowski; and nephews, Glen Cafferty and Chad Kranau.
