Teresa Burch

Hastings resident Teresa C. Burch, 52, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings.

Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 10, at Evangelical Free Church in Hastings with Pastor Matt Sass officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Teresa was born October 19, 1965 to Al & Judy (Powell) Nissen in Spencer, Iowa. Teresa married Robert W. Burch on October 19, 1996. Teresa worked for Pauley Lumbar as a book keeper. She attended the Evangelical Free Church in Hastings and was very involved in Celebrate Recovery there.

Teresa loved her family very much and she tried her best to be present at every family event. She put everyone above herself. Her entire family thought she was a saint and knew she had a strong faith. Teresa's laugh could crack up a quiet room.

Teresa was preceded in death by her mother.
