Theodora Letts

Omaha resident, Theodora "Teddy" Letts, 87, passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

There will be no services or interment. Memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association or Arthritis Foundation.

Teddy was born January 31, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois to Fritz & Gertrude (Buettner) Janusch. She graduated from Eagle River High School in Eagle River, Wisconsin and attended college for one year. Teddy married David Letts on June 17, 1947 in Eagle River, Wisconsin; he preceded her in death in October 2012. She moved to Hastings in 2012. Teddy was a homemaker and member of Order of the Eastern Star (Narcissus Chapter) and the Federation of Women's Clubs.

Teddy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, David Letts; and brother, John Buettner-Janusch.
