Twila Hedlund

Former Hastings resident, Twila Hedlund, 71, of Grandview Manor, Campbell, Nebraska, died Saturday, December 3, 2005 at Grandview Manor.

Services will be Wednesday, December 7, 2005; 11:00 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Pastor Jim Miller officiating. Burial will be Friday, December 9, 2005: 11:00 A.M. in Juniata Cemetery, Juniata, Nebraska.

Mrs. Hedlund was born April 3, 1934 in Gentry, Missouri to Crawford & Hazel (Richards) Stephenson. She attended school in Missouri and moved to Hastings, Nebraska. On January 12, 1952, she married Milton Borrell and they later divorced. She married Martin 'Bud' Hedlund on April 7, 1972 and he preceded her in death on December 23, 2002. She worked at Mode-O-Day, Dutton Lainson and retired from Walmart in 1996 and moved to Autumn Park Apartments. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and enjoyed traveling in their mobile home. She moved to Grandview Manor, Campbell, Nebraska in December of 2004.

Mrs. Hedlund was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Martin 'Bud', son, Johnny Reece and a brother, Ronnie Stephenson.
