Victoria Marie 'Tori' Weber, daughter of Eric & Sara (Thomas) Weber of Chesapeake, Virginia, was born March 23, 2002 and died on March 23, 2002 at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, Virginia.

Services will be Monday, April 1, 2002; 1:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Matt Nieman officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Hastings, Nebraska.
