Wayne Fuller

February 18, 1941 — October 12, 2016

Holstein resident, Wayne L. Fuller, 75, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Memorial Services with military rites by Hastings Veterans Organizations will be Saturday, October 22, 2016; 11:00 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Joel Remmers. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Wayne was born February 18, 1941 in Montgomery, Alabama to John & Dorothy M. (Lewis) Fuller. He graduated from Anacostia High School in Washington, D.C. in 1958 and was a member of R.O.T.C. Wayne married Glennis Yaegle on May 19, 1965 in Pocatello, Idaho; they later divorced.

He served with the U.S. Air Force from July 24, 1959 until December 31, 1983 where he was an Avionic Communication Navigation Systems Supervisor and an Electronic Systems Technician. After his retirement from the Air Force, Wayne was employed as security guard supervisor and apartment complex manager in Ontario, California for several years.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and infant daughter, Cynthia Ann Fuller.
