Wilferd Nienhueser

Wilferd H. Nienhueser, 84, of 1235 North Laird Ave, Hastings, Nebraska died Saturday, June 26, 2004 at the Nebraska Heart Institue Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Services will be Wednesday, June 30, 2004; 10:30 A. M. at Faith Lutheran Church, 9th & Chestnut, Hastings, Nebraska with Rev. Paul Dunbar officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Mr. Nienhueser was born May 21, 1920 near Holstein, Nebraska to Elwin & Amanda (Berndt) Nienhueser. He graduated from Holstein High School and farmed most of his life.
On May 25, 1941 he married Bell Fern Petersen and she preceded him in death on February 29, 2000. He was a lifelong resident of Adams County. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Lutheran Laymen's League, past President of the Regency Retirement Residence of Hastings and past member of the board of directors of Juniata CO-OP.

Mr. Nienhueser was preceded in death by his parents, wife Bell Fern, sister Neola Kuehn and brother Albert Nienhueser.

Memorial may be given to Faith Lutheran Church or Donor's Choice

VISITATION: Mon: 6-28-04 5pm-9pm
Tues: 6-29-04 9am-9pm (with family present 6pm-8pm)
Wed: 6-30-04 1 hour prior to service at the church
