William Frei

William H. 'Bill' Frei, 50, of 1411 Heritage Dr., Hastings, Nebraska, died Sunday, December 10, 2000 at Osage Beach, Missouri.

Services will be Friday, December 15, 2000; 10:30 A.M. at First United Methodist Church, Hastings, Nebraska, with Rev. Earl Higgins & Dr. Carl W. Utley officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

William H. 'Bill' Frei was born July 9, 1950 in Yankton, South Dakota to Robert H. & Betty (Laird) Frei. He graduated from Wagner Community High School, Wagner, South Dakota in 1968 and from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, South Dakota with a B.S. in Business and Economics in 1972. He was a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. He moved from Vermillion, South Dakota to Hastings, Nebraska in 1972 and began his career with Laird Motors. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Lochland Country Club, Mid-West Lodge #317 A.F. & A.M., Hastings Scottish Rite Bodies, Tehama Shrine Temple, Sunrise Rotary Club where he served as a past President and Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce, where he was a past Ambassador. He was a past member of the Regional Ford Dealer Advertising Board. On November 28, 1992, he married Barbara D. Bramblett.

William H. 'Bill' Frei was preceded in death by his grandparents and a great nephew.
